The oil content in the manufacturing process is higher in this leather by it being more pliable and a bit heavier in weight.

This allows you to skive the leather to a uniform thickness as thin as 3 oz. Making it suitable for wallets, journal covers and many other leather applications.

Imbued with a high sheen, glossy finish to add to it's softer, full bodied hand. A vegetable chrome re-tan offers both the strength of vegetable tanned and the "hand" of a chrome tanned leather.
